Use order note section to spell out exactly how you want the name to appear on necklace. Please be sure to double check! I place your order with my vendor IMMEDIATELY after it’s paid for. If you place a order with one of the chart font options please select under categories and leave the number of the font in the notes section. PROCESSING TIME:

These are custom pieces therefore they need time to be made to what you requested. Please allow 2-3 (workdays) weeks for your order to be processed made and shipped to me!

SHIPPING:

Once i receive your custom order it will be sent out that same day, we ship using USPS first class 2-4 shipping days with tracking number.

ORDER CANCELLATION :

After 24 hours there is absolutely no refund or order cancellation due to the order already being in production. So again please be sure to double check spelling.
